Unified Community Services (UCS) in Lancaster and Dodgeville has a full or half-time position available for a Registered Nurse to provide case management for persons diagnosed with substance use disorder, under the State Opioid Response (SOR) grant. Position will work collaboratively with prescribers and substance abuse counselors to improve treatment outcomes by providing medication management and administration, assisting clients with housing, employment, health insurance, transportation and other case management services, and grant-related data collection. Requires current licensure as a RN in Wisconsin, valid driver\u2019s license and own transportation. Experience working with individuals with substance use disorders is preferred. The ideal candidate will also have experience with administration of suboxone
