Unified Community Services Emergency Services program is seeking applicants for home-based\/on-call Mobile Crisis Workers for weekends and holidays 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (hours are subject to change based on need). Must reside in or very near Grant or Iowa Counties. Shifts are shared between several workers. Scheduling is flexible and this is a great opportunity for supplemental income!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mobile Crisis Workers respond to a designated secure location within Grant or Iowa Counties to provide on-site assessment of a person\u2019s mental health crisis and collaborate with other professionals to coordinate appropriate services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Successful applicant will be employed on the basis of personal aptitude and life experience which demonstrates their ability to provide effective emergency mental health services. Bachelors degree preferred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pay will include a per diem for each shift on-call (whether or not responding), an hourly rate for assessment time\/travel\/documentation, and mileage reimbursement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
