Provides individual services and support to families with a child with long-term support needs. The child must be under the age of 22 with a disability. An assessment is conducted to determine eligibility.

A child’s eligibility is not affected by family income. Some services may be provided at no cost to the family. Some programs may require a family contribution to the cost of services, based on ability to pay. Medicaid and health insurance companies are billed directly.
