Unified Community Services’ Emergency Services Program is certified by the State of Wisconsin to provide assessment, support, guidance and resources to adults, children and their families in crisis.
To access services for an immediate assessment of risk and the development of a plan to increase safety measures and minimize risk in the least restrictive setting possible you can:

- Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Walk in to either Unified Community Services locations
- We are open Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Following a crisis we provide follow-up with individuals and their families to check in and ensure that they are linked to needed resources and services in the community.
