See you at the Grant County Fairgrounds for Elderfest on October 27, 2023!
Thank you Hailey Loeffelholz, Dementia Care Specialist from the Aging and Disability Resource Center!
We’re proud to have partnered with the Grant County ADRC to support our staff at Unified! This week Hailey Loeffelholz, Dementia Care Specialist, provided Unified Community Services staff with empowering information and resources on how to be knowledgeable and effective care partners to those they serve outside of their professional commitment to Unified.
When our staff have the resources they need to thrive in both their private and professional lives, we all benefit. Life isn’t easy, but it builds confidence and cohesion when we know we’re not alone in our challenges. We’re proud to be an employer that takes seriously our staff’s challenges and invests in their wellness.
The Aging & Disability Resource Center is a phenomenal community resource! Learn more at the links below.

Event in Lancaster September 9, 2023 6pm
Join us for a luminary event in support of mental health awareness and suicide prevention. Luminaries will be available at no cost, to customize as you wish with stickers, markers, a photograph, etc.
Everyone has mental health, and 1 in 5 adults will suffer from a mental illness in their lifetime. In 2022, suicide was the 11th leading cause of death in the US. We are all affected by this, either personally, or by having a friend or family member battling a mental illness. Let’s gather together to spread the message of hope.
All are welcome. Come as you can. Brief ceremony will be held at 7:00 pm.
Check out this event! Free food! See you there!
